Remember, the spinning is a controlled spin, not an out-of-control spin. This is a learned exercise and the retraining of your vestibular sensing system in your inner ear for better balance.

The Billy Board® Revolution CORE Pro Training System is an exciting, revolutionary, precision, variable incline, rotational skill disc that develops coordination, hand/eye coordination, agility, muscle tone, and balance. By simply varying the slope of the disc, you control the degree of difficulty and challenge. The steeper the slope, the harder it is to stay in control and the harder your balance system has to work. The goal is to use the Billy Board® with your eyes closed – and still maintain balance and control!
WOW ... it is fun, easy to use and a BLAST for all ages... even babies can do this! Just sit and hold your child and spin. It is as easy as that. Begin to "Tune Up" their brain now to enhance learning skills. And Mom and Dad you get the benefit too.
